This lighthouse is a 12-meter cylindrical concrete tower, painted white and topped with a lantern and gallery. It stands on a small island at the southwestern end of Ishinomaki Wan, approximately 13 kilometers southwest of Ishinomaki city on Japan's northeastern Honshū island. The light emits a single white flash every 3 seconds, visible for 16.4 nautical miles. The tower's focal plane is 36 meters above sea level. Access to the site is restricted and can only be reached by boat.
