Estero Salado C Range Rear Lighthouse

This square skeletal tower, constructed of concrete, stands 23 meters tall and is painted red with a white vertical stripe. It guides ships northeastward off Puerto Pizarro, situated in the water on the north side of Isla de Puná. The light emits an occulting white signal that is obscured for 5 seconds on a cycle. This rear range light functions with a front light, approximately 1100 meters to the southwest, to establish a precise navigational alignment. The site is open to visitors by boat, though the tower itself is closed to the public.
