The light at Castellammare del Golfo is located within a square, single-story concrete building finished in white. This contemporary facility is incorporated into an older, circular medieval defense structure. The fortification's origins date back to the 9th century under Arab rule, with subsequent additions by the Normans in the 11th century. The light produces a white flash every 10 seconds. Its focal plane reaches 19 meters, and it provides a 12.9 nautical mile visibility range. Visitors can access the site, though the tower remains inaccessible.
