About Cape Bossut Lighthouse
A square skeletal tower constructed of steel, Cape Bossut Lighthouse was built in 1913. Standing 12 meters tall, this structure housed a lantern and gallery. The lighthouse was situated south of Broome on the Kimberley coast. It served as a navigational aid in a remote region. The original structure was demolished in 1995, leaving no physical trace of the light station.
