A white, square concrete tower, standing 4 meters tall, was built in 1967 on the eastern tip of Cape Barren Island. The lighthouse features a fiberglass tower atop a concrete pad, with its light positioned 25 meters above sea level. This Australian light emits a white flash every 12 seconds. Its geographic range extends to 14.3 nautical miles. The site is open to the public, but the tower itself remains closed.
