This cylindrical aluminum skeletal tower stands 6 meters tall on the summit of Green Island. It displays a red tower with a white horizontal band and emits a white flash every 10 seconds. The light's focal plane is 45 meters above sea level, offering a geographic range of 17.9 nautical miles. The maritime station was established in 1908. An original cast iron lighthouse was replaced in 1955, and the current aluminum structure was built in 1993. The site is open to the public, but the tower itself is closed.
