A 15-meter square tower built of concrete stands at Bukit Puyahan. This two-stage structure, erected in 2013, features a skeletal tower on top of a white concrete base. Its light emits a white flash every 5 seconds from a focal height of 64 meters, visible for over 20 nautical miles. The lighthouse is situated approximately 0.8 kilometers from the nearest port, Lembar. It overlooks the northern side of the entrance to Lembar's inner harbor.
