Bubnova Lighthouse

This octagonal stone tower stands 17 meters tall and is painted with black and white horizontal bands. Constructed in 1989, it emits a white flash every 12 seconds from a focal height of 141 meters, visible for nearly 29 nautical miles. Located on a remote headland, the lighthouse was among the last to be built during the Soviet era. Its operational status has seen periods of deactivation, with records indicating it was off the air in 2003 and again temporarily extinguished by the Admiralty in 2017.
