This concrete lighthouse, built in 2009, stands 12 meters tall with its focal plane at 19 meters. The cylindrical tower features red and white horizontal bands, with a red lantern and gallery. It emits an occulting red light for two seconds, followed by a two-second eclipse, visible for nearly 13 nautical miles. Positioned west of the Xiùzhēn River mouth, it marks the entrance to the Xiùzhēn industrial port. The river serves as a provincial border between Jiāngsū and Shāndōng.
