The Thuận An lighthouse, constructed in 1979, is a square skeletal steel tower standing 35 meters tall. Its focal plane is 37 meters above sea level, and it emits three white flashes every 10 seconds. The tower offers a geographic range of 16.6 nautical miles. Located in Thuận An Ward near Huế, it is approximately 43.7 kilometers from the nearest port of Da Nang. Although now inactive, the structure remains a recognizable landmark on the Vietnamese coast.
