This square skeletal steel tower, standing 25 meters tall, is painted white and red and features a gallery. It emits a white flash every 12 seconds, visible for 14.7 nautical miles. The lighthouse is situated on the north side of the harbor entrance at Shèyáng. Due to harbor development, the structure was relocated from its original position. It is a staffed station, with its focal height at 27 meters.
