This cylindrical stone lighthouse stands 12 meters tall and emits a green light on a 1.5-second cycle. Located on the north bank of the Mandovi River in Betim, Goa, it serves as a navigational aid for vessels entering or leaving the waterway. The structure is painted white and its focal plane is 13 meters above sea level. Access to the tower itself is restricted, although the site is open to the public. The lighthouse is managed by the Panaji Port Authority and has a geographic range of 11.3 nautical miles. It shares a similar design with the Aguada Point lighthouse.
