Located on the coast near Pentakota, it is situated about 12 km southeast of Tuni and 40 km north of Kakinada. The light emits a white flash every 15 seconds, visible for a geographic range of 12.7 nautical miles. This structure serves to aid maritime traffic in the waters off India's eastern coastline.
