About Isla Stratford Lighthouse
This octagonal concrete tower stands 25 meters above sea level and displays a white light, flashing once every 10 seconds. The structure, built and first lit in 2018, is painted white with a red band. It is located on the western side of Canal Concepcion, near the northeastern tip of Isla Madre de Dios. This remote location is accessible only by boat. The lighthouse is identified by the NGA list number 111-2148 and the Admiralty number G1534.
