About Isla Leones Lighthouse

Construction of this octagonal concrete tower was completed in 1917. The lighthouse first entered operation that same year. It stands 12.5 meters tall and features a lantern and gallery situated above a one-story keeper's quarters. The station has been inactive since 1968.
