The Gānlái lighthouse is a red and white cylindrical concrete tower built in 2012. It stands 20 meters tall, with its light positioned 22 meters above sea level. This structure is located on the south shore of Anpu Bay, which is an embayment at the northwestern corner of the Léizhōu Peninsula in Zhanjiang City. The lighthouse emits a white light with a characteristic of one flash every six seconds. Its geographic range extends to 13.6 nautical miles, assisting vessels navigating the waters near the port of Tieshan.
