Estación (Puerto Deseado Outer Range Front) Lighthouse

This steel tower, painted black with an orange vertical stripe, stands 19 meters tall and is located 0.5 kilometers from Puerto Deseado. As the front range light, it guides vessels into the port, operating with a geographic range of 14.7 nautical miles. The structure features a cylindrical steel post topped with a slatted daymark bearing the same distinctive colors. Although the tower is closed to the public, the surrounding site is accessible, allowing visitors to view the lighthouse from its base. It remains operational, contributing to maritime safety.
