This concrete lighthouse stands 10.5 meters tall on an island northeast of Zhāngzidǎo, about 27 kilometers south of Xiǎochángshān. Its cylindrical tower is painted white and features a gallery. The light emits a single white flash every four seconds from a focal height of 43 meters, offering a geographic range of 17.6 nautical miles. The station was originally established in 1958, with the current structure and light first lit in 1987. It is located within Changhai County in the Liaoning region.
