Also known as: Dàgǎng Běikǒudōng (North Entrance East Side)
This white tower, topped with a red lantern and gallery, stands 19 meters tall. Its focal plane is also 19 meters, and it emits a continuous red light. The lighthouse was originally established in 1915 and transformed in 1964. It is situated at the west end of the detached main breakwater for Dàlián's port. The structure was removed in 2020 due to breakwater modifications but appears to have been re-established. The geographic range of its light is 12.9 nautical miles.
Why it matters: The lighthouse marks the entrance to Dàlián harbor, a critical waterway for commercial and naval vessels, guiding ships safely into the port.
