This lighthouse, constructed from concrete and completed in 1932, stands on a high bluff at the western end of Chángxīngdǎo island. The cylindrical white tower measures 10 meters in height, with its light positioned 199 meters above sea level. It emits a single white flash every 25 seconds, visible for approximately 33.6 nautical miles. The structure comprises a round concrete tower with a lantern and gallery, attached to a single-story equipment building. The lighthouse experienced damage in 1945 and underwent restoration in 1960.
