The Burgas Lighthouse is a cylindrical tower standing 14 meters tall, with its focal plane at 24 meters. It displays a white light with a single flash every 3 seconds, visible for 14.1 nautical miles. The structure is painted with red and white horizontal bands, and its lantern is white. Established in 1899, the original lighthouse was a cast iron tourelle. The current lighthouse is situated at the end of a breakwater mole, marking the north side of the entrance to Burgas harbor. The site is open to the public, though the tower is closed.
