The Báiyúnshān Range Front light was established in 1974 as a concrete structure standing 22 meters tall. Painted white with a red vertical stripe, it is situated on a mountain at the eastern end of the Hòulóngshān ridge on Huángqíshān island. This structure is positioned within the Mǐnjiāng delta, serving the approach range for the estuary leading to Fúzhōu. Its light emits a single white flash every 1.5 seconds, with a focal height of 47 meters. The geographic range of this light extends to 18.2 nautical miles.
