This lighthouse stands on an almost-submerged reef located approximately 8 kilometers south-southeast of the Tiánluótóu light. The structure is a round, cylindrical concrete tower, 17 meters tall, mounted on a concrete pier. It displays red and black horizontal bands. The light emits a white flash every 12 seconds, visible for 12.4 nautical miles. Access to the site is restricted to boat, and the tower itself is closed to the public. The nearest port is Shipu, about 10.7 kilometers away.
