About Trinity House Lightship 72 Juno Lighthouse
The steel lightship, constructed in 1903, stands 35.4 meters tall and includes a light tower, lantern, and gallery. It was assigned to different locations throughout its service before being taken out of operation in 1973. The ship participated in the D-Day invasion on June 6, 1944, assisting with navigation.
