Todo Saki Lighthouse is a concrete tower with a lantern and gallery, standing 33.5 meters tall. Its light is situated 58 meters above sea level and emits a white flash every 15 seconds, visible for 19.8 nautical miles. Built and first lit in 1902, this lighthouse marks the easternmost cape of Honshū, located about 25 kilometers southeast of Miyako. The structure was reported out of service following an earthquake and tsunami but was repaired and operational again within a few months. Visitors can access the lighthouse site, though the tower itself remains closed.
