The Kasumi Kō lighthouse, constructed in 1949, is located on a steep bluff overlooking the eastern entrance to the harbor in Kami, Hyogo Prefecture. It consists of a 6.5-meter white concrete post and a connected 1-story concrete equipment building. The light displays an isophase white flash every 6 seconds and has a geographic range of 23.6 nautical miles. The site is accessible to visitors, but the tower is not open for entry. Shibayama port is situated 1.8 kilometers from the lighthouse.
