Crammag Head lighthouse is a modern cylindrical tower constructed of concrete and fiberglass, standing 7 meters tall. The light emits a white flash every 10 seconds, visible for 16.2 nautical miles. This structure, built in 2009, replaced an earlier station established in 1913. It is situated on a promontory about 8 kilometers northwest of the Mull of Galloway. The focal height of the light is 35 meters above sea level. Access to the site, which is private property, is restricted.
