Also known as: Okha (Vomani Point, Humani Point)
The Okha Lighthouse, a 23-meter cylindrical concrete tower, was commissioned in 1956. It is painted with horizontal red and white bands and stands on Vomani (Humani) Point at the southern entrance to the Gulf of Kachchh. This location is at the tip of a peninsula north of the nearest port, Okha. The light emits a single white flash every 25 seconds from a focal height of 26 meters. The site is open to the public, but the tower itself is closed.
