This lighthouse, built in 1908, marks the southernmost shoal of the Spruce Rocks, a hazard within the channel connecting Parry Sound to Georgian Bay. The structure is a two-stage tower, standing 10 meters tall. A 5-meter square skeletal tower with a gallery sits atop a 5-meter octagonal white concrete tower. Both are mounted on an octagonal stone and concrete pier. Its light guided mariners for over four decades until its decommissioning in 1949, when it was replaced by a buoy. The site is open to the public, though the tower remains closed.
