The Presqu'île Point Lighthouse was built in 1840 as an octagonal tower, standing 21 meters tall with a focal height of 23.5 meters. Its exterior is painted white with red trim, and the structure is made of wood-encased limestone. The original lantern was removed in 1952. In 2013, the Presqu'ile Point Lighthouse Preservation Society was incorporated, initiating restoration efforts. A replica lantern was delivered in 2023 and installed in October of that year. The lighthouse emits a fixed red light and has a geographic range of 13.9 nautical miles.
