The Belle Isle Northeast Lighthouse, built in 1905, is a 27-meter tall, 12-sided concrete tower. It features six flying buttresses and is painted white with a red lantern. The lighthouse emits a white flash every 10 seconds, visible for nearly 17 nautical miles. Originally constructed from cast iron, it was encased in concrete in 1908 to withstand the harsh environment. The operational light was moved to a skeletal tower in 2017, and the original structure is now endangered. The site is accessible, but the tower is closed to the public.
