This red skeletal metal tower stands 12 meters tall and is situated on a platform supported by piles. Its focal height is also 12 meters, and it emits a red light with a characteristic of one flash every 10 seconds. The lighthouse is located in the Meranti Islands Regency, southeast of Bengkalis Island. It is positioned a short distance west of the Selat Panjang ferry terminal, serving the capital city of the regency. The site is open to the public, but the tower itself is closed.
