Vardnes lighthouse is positioned on a sharp promontory marking the east side of the Laksefjord and the entrance to the Vardnessund in Norway. The current structure features a 7-meter tall metal square tower with a red lantern roof. Originally, a lighthouse stood here, serving local mariners navigating the waters near Lebesby. This earlier tower was eventually replaced, and the present operational light continues to guide vessels. The focal height of the light is 20 meters, and it emits a red flash every 10 seconds, visible for 13.2 nautical miles.
