About Tyuva Signal Station Lighthouse
Tyuva Signal Station is located 3.3 kilometers from Zapolyarnyy, guarding the northern approach to Tyuva Gulf. This facility occupies a headland with a commanding view of the gulf's entrance. The station features a two-story octagonal tower that has seen continuous use throughout its history. Although it no longer displays a navigational light, the building continues to function as an active signal station. Public access to Tyuva Signal Station is currently restricted due to its operational status.
