A 45-meter tall, square skeletal tower with a gallery, painted gray, was erected in 1995. Its light has a focal height of 46 meters and emits a white flash every 20 seconds. The structure is situated 5.4 kilometers from Keti Bandar, the closest port, and marks the northern entry to Turshian Creek.
Why it matters: This light serves as a navigation aid for ships entering Turshian Creek, an important passage within the Indus River delta.
