About Tanjung Penuba Lighthouse
This concrete structure, painted white with a square daymark, rises 18 meters above sea level. It produces a white light with a flashing characteristic of 5 seconds (Fl W 5s). Located on a headland on Pulau Tioman's northwest side, it is 4.5 kilometers from the island's main port. The lighthouse has a geographic range of 12.7 nautical miles. The site can be visited, but the tower is not open to the public.
