This lighthouse is a white, cylindrical concrete tower standing 8 meters tall, with its focal height at 12 meters. It is centered on an octagonal concrete pier, providing a stable base in the water. The light emits a white flash every 4 seconds, visible for 11 nautical miles. Located on a reef in the center of the entrance to Yamaguchi harbor, it serves the port of Ube. The site is open to the public, but the tower itself is closed.
