This cylindrical, white stone tower stands 11 meters tall, with its light situated 13 meters above sea level. It is a two-stage structure topped by a gallery. The lighthouse emits a single red flash every 7 seconds, visible for over 11 nautical miles. Situated in the Ría de Vigo, approximately 7 kilometers west of Vigo's waterfront, the lighthouse is located near the town of Cangas, just over 1 kilometer away. While the site is open to visitors, the tower itself is closed to the public.
