It features a lantern and is attached to a square, single-story concrete equipment room, with the entire structure painted white. The lighthouse stands 17 meters above sea level and emits a white flash every 4 seconds. It is situated at the tip of a sharp promontory that marks the entrance to the harbor of Iromiyo, near Saiki city. The site is open to the public, though the tower itself is closed.
