Located at the southern end of the Kishiwada West Breakwater, this 11-meter tall, round, white concrete tower has its light source at 13 meters above sea level. The light shows a green flash every four seconds, with a geographic range of 11.3 nautical miles. This structure is situated at the extremity of the breakwater, approximately 1 kilometer from the port of Hannan.
