This red, cylindrical lighthouse stands 12 meters tall on a square stone pier at the Kholmsk North Breakwater. Its structure consists of a round, two-stage concrete tower, with the lower section cylindrical and the upper section tapering to a narrow top. Mounted near the port of Kholmsk, this light exhibits a red flash every 3 seconds, visible for nearly 12 nautical miles. The construction materials include stone and concrete. While the site is open to the public, the tower itself is not accessible.
