This lighthouse, constructed in 1960, stands at the extremity of Kadogawa's south breakwater. It is a cylindrical concrete tower, 7.5 meters high, centered atop a 1-story concrete equipment shelter. The focal height of its light is 11 meters above sea level. From this structure, a green light emits a single flash every four seconds, visible for approximately 10.7 nautical miles. It serves to mark the end of the breakwater, guiding vessels into the harbor.
