Built in 1961, the Infiernillos Lighthouse stands on a concrete, cylindrical tower standing 8 meters tall. The tower, painted with vertical black and white stripes, features a lantern room. Its focal height reaches 40 meters, emitting a white flash every 7 seconds, visible for over 17 nautical miles. This structure is situated on a headland about 50 kilometers northwest of Puerto Caballos. The lighthouse is located on land that is open to the public, though the tower itself is closed.
