This lighthouse stands on Hunting Caye, situated at the southern end of the Sapodilla Cayes approximately 65 km east of Punta Gorda. It marks Belize's southeasternmost territory. The structure is a 17-meter-tall square pyramidal skeletal tower, painted white, with the light positioned at the same focal height. It emits a white flash every 10 seconds, visible for 12.4 nautical miles. The lighthouse is at the southeasternmost point of Belizean territory. Access to the remote caye is exclusively by boat.
