This 8-meter cylindrical concrete post, built in 1931, marks the south side of the Gävle entrance channel opposite Entrance No. 2. The structure features a lantern and gallery, with the lantern painted red and topped with a white roof. It emits a fixed red light. Operational since its construction, this lighthouse guides vessels approaching the port of Gävle from the sea. The site is open to visitors, though the tower itself remains closed to the public.
