This concrete tower, built in 2001, stands 17 meters tall and features a cylindrical shape. It is painted black with a single yellow horizontal band. The light emits one white flash every 10 seconds, with the focal height of the light at 15 meters. The structure is situated on a shoal about 16 kilometers northwest of Anheung. The nearest port, Taean-gun, is 15.1 kilometers away.
Why it matters: Gadaeam warns vessels of a shoal 16 km northwest of Anheung, a navigational hazard in South Chungcheong province.
