This concrete lighthouse stands 9 meters tall on a rock off the west side of a strait near Rumeli Kavaği, Turkey. Its cylindrical tower, painted white with a single narrow green horizontal band, rises from a concrete pier. It emits a single green flash every 10 seconds, visible for 10 nautical miles. The structure's unique hourglass shape is mounted on a pier. While the site is open to visitors arriving by boat, the tower itself is closed to the public.
