This 19.5-meter tall skeletal steel tower serves as the rear range light for the Brownsville Channel. It features a red square daymark with a white vertical stripe. The tower stands on the south side of the channel, west of the fishing harbor, and is 1.3 kilometers from the port of Brownsville. Its white light flashes once every 6 seconds. The site is open to the public, but the tower itself is closed.
